1. Who we are

"KeystoneOps", "we", "us", "our" means Alresford Systems Ltd, registered in England & Wales (registration number to be confirmed publicly at company-launch).

2. What this covers

These terms govern your use of this website (keystoneops.education) and any pre-sales interaction with us. The licence agreement for the KeystoneOps software product itself is a separate document, signed when a trust commits to a licence purchase.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use this site to attempt to compromise our infrastructure
• Don't scrape it for the purpose of building a competing product (the obvious things)
• Don't submit the contact form with abusive content; we'll block you and that's the polite version

4. Intellectual property

Everything on this site (text, images, design, code) is © Alresford Systems Ltd unless explicitly marked otherwise. The KeystoneOps name and logo are unregistered marks. You may quote short passages with attribution; you may not republish substantial sections without permission.

5. No warranties

This site is provided "as is". The product features described here reflect the version current at the date of last update — your licence agreement is the authoritative source of what you're actually buying.

6. Limitation of liability

Use of this site is at your own risk. We accept no liability for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content beyond what's mandated by UK consumer-protection law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
