Estates compliance

The PAT-test spreadsheet, retired.

Site → building → floor → room hierarchy with every legally-mandated maintenance check tracked, scheduled, and auto-flagged when it goes overdue. The single document an inspector asks to see, in five clicks instead of five inboxes.

Real features. Named, working, in the product today.

No "coming soon" blocks. No "planned for v2" caveats. Everything below is in the demo we'll spin up for you.

Site / building / floor / room

Model the trust's estate properly. Every asset, ticket, compliance schedule, and booking attaches at the right level.

Compliance schedules

PAT testing, fire alarm checks, EICR inspections, gas safety, legionella, asbestos surveys, lift LOLER, boiler service, fire risk assessment — every UK schools statutory check, with default frequencies and one-click renewal.

Auto-flagging on overdue

Red on the dashboard for anything past due. Amber for "due within 30 days". Email the owner at 90 / 30 / 7 days out.

Inspection records

Per inspection: contractor, date, result (pass / pass-with-notes / fail), uploaded certificate PDF, next-due date. Failures auto-create remediation tickets.

Contractor register

Public liability + employer liability + accreditations + DBS + safeguarding induction with expiry tracking. Expired contractors blocked from active work.

Room bookings

Reserve halls, meeting rooms, kitchens. Conflict-checked against curriculum timetable, building closures, and existing bookings.

External hires

Track community-use bookings with hirer details, insurance check, caretaker on duty, hire fee — auto-routed to Finance for invoicing.

Inspector-ready exports

One PDF per academy: every schedule, last inspection, next due, certificate count. Downloadable any time.

Asset linkage

Every asset (PAT-tested device, fire-alarm panel, boiler) links to its compliance schedule. Replace the asset, the schedule follows.
