Publish to a branded careers site, take applications with CV and KCSIE self-disclosure, and move candidates through a pipeline board with structured, anonymised sift against the person specification.

Interviews, panels and scoring — in the module

Build the interview from your question set and invite a panel — each panellist RSVPs and scores in their own portal against a weighted scorecard. Candidates self-schedule their slot, track their application, and e-sign the offer in the browser, with a tamper-evident audit trail. No calendar tool, no Word scorecard, no third-party signing service.

Safeguarding, not bolted on

Pre-employment checks — DBS, right-to-work, references, KCSIE online search — tracked to completion. Watchlist and barring matches hard-block appointment until DSL sign-off. One safer-recruitment evidence pack at the end.

AI is advisory only. Sift summaries and question drafting help your panel move faster, but they never see EDI data, self-disclosures or watchlist flags, and they never make the appointment decision — a person does.

DBS is recorded, not queried. As in the SCR, a DSL runs the Update Service check and records the outcome with full evidence — we don't claim a live gov.uk lookup we can't make.
